As each item is made by me it might take a few days to dispatch. All of the products I make should be sent out in 2-4 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive. 

For international orders this will take longer. European countries is estimated  4-6 working days. Orders to other countries outside of Europe is estimated to take 6-7 working days. Please keep in mind that this is estimated and orders may take longer to arrive.

All of my orders will be sent first class, but if you would like your order to be sent tracked, make sure to select it before you complete your order.

​If your order is tracked a reference number will be sent in an email when the order is dispatched.

All mail is sent via Royal Mail.

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, so you will know how much postage will be.

If you have any problems with postage e.g your parcel has been lost please email us at winifredmoon.designs@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate as quick as possible.
